May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands.
Why do we go? Short-Term Missions
Going on a mission trip means one’s focus must remain on Jesus and His
ministry. Check your heart. Maintain a servant attitude. Preparation is key.
Stay in prayer. Not only are we there to minister to the Choctaw
people but also to each other. We go on a mission trip to focus on
God and His purposes, not our own. Our main focus is on what God is
doing not what we are doing. May we pray first, and go on short-term missions
in order to make a significant contribution for God's purpose and His kingdom.
Therefore, we are making plans and preparing for the 2021 mission trip. While we were unable to go for 2020, we are praising God for our blessings, praying for those we can't visit and minster to, and looking forward to going to Choctaw in 2021. We had a 2019 team of 22 willing participants to share the love of Jesus with the Choctaw people.
We always thank everyone for their prayers. We will have a Vacation Bible School for children
and adults and do any repairs and light construction that we can do with the time and
money God provides.
Read further on this website for any information you might need for our trip this coming June.
And thanks for your interest in the Choctaw Mission Trip.
May God bless you richly!
